Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 7-10 business days. Delays can happen because of carrier issues or weather. Shipping is free on all orders.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Email us at shopmelo21@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.
